    Terrible Terrible Terrible! If anything at all goes wrong on their end they will leave you high and dry and not fix it! I tried to give this group every opportunity to make it right with me but the refuse to help at all. I'm not surprised they have a 2 star review prior to my 1 star review post!

    They broke one of my ducts and told me since it was their fault they were going to go to home depot to get another one and I said ok... They never showed back up! Also, when they where installing they used my dog bed on the stove to protect the range hood from getting scratched up. Normally this would not be an issue for me but when they were installing the tech hit the burner and the dog bed literally caught on fire! I sent pictures and explained everything as nice as I could and they still would not do one thing! They will figure out a way to get out of every situation. I bet this company isn't around much longer treating people like this! The manager is Richard and he obviously needs to be demoted to a non-management position because Jim the guy that spoke to me wouldn't allow me to talk to the manager.

    Seriously, please do not use this group. There are plenty of other groups out there to use and if your home warranty people set you up with them tell them you need another group. They can change groups very easily.

    Whats funny is the techs on site admitted to doing wrong in front of me but when they had to explain it to their boss they didn't tell the whole truth! Very sad! I wasn't trying to get over on these guys just wanting them to pay for what they damaged on their visit and ended up leaving the hood un-installed for my party so I had to rush and get another company to quickly fix what they couldn't because they are seriously incompetent. It was truly the easiest "plug and play" job I have ever seen and they couldn't complete it! They even were borrowing tools from me. Very odd to have a big van like that and no tools to do the job.

    I would be shocked if Richard the manager ever responds to this negative review bc obviously they don't care about there very customer that keeps them in business for the time being at least.

    The company was open, honest, caring, and dependable for all if my needs plus more. I will keep using them! The company went above and beyond during my troubling time to help ne in a timely manner. The company had my parts and had them installed before the date initially expected!

    I’ve had the worst customer service experience ever with this company. My trash compactor went out back in April and it’s still not fixed. They came out last Tuesday to work on it again and still couldn’t fix it. They have scratched up my cabinets . Now they will not respond to voicemails, text, or emails. They say on the recording that they will get back to you within 24 hours. I started trying to contact them last Tuesday. It’s been almost a week and I’ve heard nothing from them. Definitely would not recommend them. On one of the service calls I took off work to wait on them for a 10 am appointment by 11 they still hadn’t shown up so I called and they told me their service guy didn’t show up for work . Did they call me to let me know...no they didn’t. I could go on and on but you get the picture.

    Our technician, Carl Blackshire, did a wonderful job fixing our microwave. He was efficient, quick, and very friendly with his service. Everything is as good as new!

    Used my American Home shield to have my garbage disposal fixed. The sent Mr. Kevin Rhodes out to fix it and he did an awesome job even stayed extra minute to show me some tips to help my extend the life of my disposal.
    I thought that was really nice of him.

    I added the 1 star because it wouldn't let me comment without it. This company is a JOKE!!!! My warranty company sent them on 5/7/18 to look at my pool pump. They said it needed to be replaced and it took this company 5 business days to turn in the paperwork to my warranty company. Once the warranty company received it they approved it the same day. They ordered the part and said they couldn't come out until the 1st to install it. That's basically a entire month!!!

    My home issue was plumbing and prior to the technician, named Mr. Larry DeJohn coming out I had two technicians diagnose the problem assuming what they thought it was, yet days later after each one had observed the problem, but yet it still exist. Mr. Larry would show me what it could be and he stated after sharing my videos from Friday, August 28, 2020, that there was definitely a problem and that he wouldn't leave without finding it out!!! Mr. DeJohn, did just that. I am happy and satisfied as a woman can be because it's frustrating when myself didn't have a clue, but I did know that I had a problem and he found it. I couldn't be more satisfied than I am right now!!! Thank you INTERTECH for have such a professional worker on your team, who obviously loves what he does!!! Hats off to Mr. Larry for a job well done!!!

    Tony is awesome! He came on time and was so professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my issues/concerns were addressed and took the time to answer all of my questions (and I asked a ton of questions).
