Jerry Fox came to my house with another Jerry (an apprentice) and fixed a couple of things with the sink in my kitchen and a toilet in one of my bathrooms. He did a thorough and efficient job. Thank you, Jerry, and thank you, Intertech.

Lin did an exceptional job. Not only was he professional and quick at getting the job done, but more importantly he was very friendly and had fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond what I expected. Because of him, I will use this company in the future and will recommend this company to all that I know.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. I've had this group assigned to my problems twice now by my home warranty company. Each time they've been prompt and honest with the assessment of my issues. I've had to work with other contractors through the warranty, which can take days to weeks to get a resolution, but Intertech has always called me on the first day and sent someone almost immediately. I understand issues with warranty companies, but that's not this company's fault. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

They were sent by American Home Shield to fix my Icemaker. They fixed the same issue four times and failed. Then I got someone else to fix it for me.
After that I had problems with my refrigerator not cooling. Since I have AHS they put in a work order with them again. It’s been 8 months & 4 visits the issue keeps coming back.
I don’t think some of their technicians are trained well and know what they are doing. Trying to fix the same issue multiple times is unacceptable. If you can’t fix it, let us or AHS know.

We were assigned to them by the warranty company and I'm so glad for it. The tech came out in a Friday evening (of a holiday weekend too!) because he wanted to see how much he could get done for us right away. The office did a good job keeping us posted on the repairs and expectations. And the technicians were excellent. Showed up on time, courteous, very conscientious of taking shoes off every time they walked in from outside, and worked quickly to get our new unit installed before the rain started. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

Scotty Sloan was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The replacement parts he used were much better than the original parts which showed me he actually cares about his customers. Job well done!! Thank you Scotty!!

Used my home warranty for some plumbing issues. Bob Dye came out to perform the service & discovered that a part was needed. The shop called me when the part came in & Bob came to install it. The shop had ordered the wrong part. Bob went out, purchased the correct part & came back to install it. Punctual & efficient! Thanks Bob!

Our main water line sprung a leak late in the afternoon. Bob came out early the next morning and had us fixed in a few hours. Our home warranty didn’t cover the work so we had to pay out of pocket, but the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. I would certainly hire them again.

I had to use this “company” 2 times... because the home warranty is working with them (american home shield)
So the first repair was on the dishwasher... it took 3 months to have it repaired..... 2 wrong diagnosis and finally a good one... that repaired the dishwasher...
Then... i had issues with my faucet... the technicien came and he literally said i dont have the right tool to do the job ( an allen key)... so he needs to come back later to finish it.... in the meantime they need to ask permission from the homw warranty company because they did not perform any job!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!
Do not use this company! Unless you like seeing unprofessional people performing the job....
I can also add he raised the voice on me.... UNACCEPTABLE!
