    I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Carl Blackshire today! He is most knowledgeable and very down to earth! He came into my home and helped me with my refrigerator repair. He showed up before time and was very thorough. Now my family can stock our fridge and prepare for our first dinner! Thank you Mr. Blackshire for helping us and making sure we got the best in customer Service and satisfaction! You are certainly the Best in Field!

    If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! We have a home warranty and my air quit working. This is who my warranty chose to help me. They canceled the first day 40 minutes before my appointment. Then when I called my warranty the next morning to get a new contractor because he said he could not come till the next week, my warranty called him and he stated that he had cancelations and could come that day. So waited and he never called. So then I called him and he then told me that no he could still not come till that next week. So he comes that Monday and says he has to order the part. Call A WEEK LATER and he says he has a lot of tickets at the moment and has not gotten mine submitted yet. So now between his cancelations and not getting my ticket submitted I have now been without air for 13 days!!!!!! NO EXCUSE AT THIS POINT

    This company had my elderly father in distress due to their lack of professionalism. Inter Tech was contracted to repair gas leaks at his residence and gave him the runaround for 2 months! Each time he called them it was excuse after excuse as to why they hadn’t returned to do the work. It was only after a local tv station, Office of the Attorney General, as well as BBB got involved that they decided to get back with my father with a definite date and time they could begin the work. They finally started physical labor but...he is still without gas as of today!!! This is insane!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

    Would give 0 stars. Not happy with this company at all! Going through my home warranty for dryer not heating. Submitted request on a Saturday, supposed to receive a call but never did. I finally called Intertech Tuesday. Told them that it was likely the heating element. Guy shows up and immediately asks to use our bathroom!!! Seriously!? Was here 20 min said it was heating element. never heard back with me next appointment . I called home warranty on Friday morning and Intertech had not called in the order. 😡. Terrible business

    I would give zero stars if possible. My home warranty company chose this company to repair my dryer. The technician came on a Monday and said the only problem was a belt, and it would be three to five business days for it to be fixed. He waited until Thursday to turn in his report, meaning the three to five days wouldn’t start until a week after I started the process. When I found out Thursday that the problem was an inability to submit a simple report, I was promised it would be submitted to the warranty company that day. It still wasn’t submitted by the following Monday. The customer service rep, “Jim,” is unbelievably rude. I would NEVER recommend this company.

    We called Intertech out to our home do to get a permit to in close a screened porch.. On the date of the building inspection we found out that the people we hired before didn’t acquire a permit to add ceiling fans or run any electricity to the lights on the add on. Intertech immediately found flaws that would have caused us to fail the electrical inspection . They got the proper permit for me. We ended up with beautiful work and very nice electricians that came to our home. We will definitely call upon them again.

    My home warranty issued a Work Order to Intertech for a dripping faucet, a leaking sink, and most importantly to replace a water pressure gauge. I had to pay out of pocket nearly $300 to have them locate the water pressure gauge as it was not covered under warranty. They did not fix the dripping faucet, did not address leaking sink, and most importantly for the additional $300 I am out of pocket, there is no change in water pressure and they will not come back out to fix what they were paid to do. It's now a week later and it keeps getting worse. They've broken things that were fine. They've made the leak worse than it was. It's almost unreal and still no end in sight.

    Chris Rachal, Master Plumbing Technician, came to our home for a service call in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Chris kept my husband & I informed of things he discovered wrong while he worked and what is needed to be done to repair the plumbing issue in which we have. Chris demonstrated the Professionalism that is not seen much anymore. I felt that Chris demonstrated knowledge and was able to answer our questions. I highly recommending Intertech Maintenance Group and ask for Chris Rachal if you are able. Good JOB!!

    I absolutely love working here! Our focus is our customers and getting their broken items fixed! Although this is our main focus Intertech also takes great care of all their employees! Best job I've EVER had. Very professional and we want all our customers to know we strive to make every experience top notch and to be happy with our services to you! Intertech is absolutely amazing! Great company!
