    When i called my home warranty company about my dishwasher i was glad Intertech was assigned, at first, because less then a month ago they were at my house for a different issue. At that the customer service was great and the guy who came out to my house was great. However, today is a whole different story. My home warranty sent me an email saying i would pay at the time of the service. But all of sudden today when i called they want money just to schedule and appointment. I have never had anyone demand money just for an appointment. So when i called my home warranty back they also agreed and looked up my contract which clearly says payment at the time of service, not at the time i call to schedule. My home warrant company sent Intertech an email; however, they would not reply. When i called back Jimmy was very rude and demanded the money again if i wanted service. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. OH how do i know an email was sent, because i was CC on the email.

    My warranty company contracted with them to fix my refrigerator and their technician Sonny Winger damaged the door trying to find the ice maker motor. He said on most refrigerators the motor is behind the ice control panel, but mine is under the ice bin inside the door. I think they should google prior to using trial and error.

    Like others have said, it took them 6 weeks to come back after the diagnostic appointment. They arrived 55 minutes late and then left a part at the shop. After being an hour and half late, they brought the wrong part. Sonny did attempt to fix the damage he did to my refrigerator, but he damaged it again on the install. I have a scratches and damaged parts that wasn't there before Sonny took a screwdriver to my refrigerator.

    I agree with the comments about the office staff, they are very unprofessional; however, the staff is a reflection of leadership. The office manager Veronica Torez is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She said as company, they don't give out their employees last names. Ironically, Aaron gave me hers and the card Sonny gave me has his last name. Aaron doesn't verify before he speaks. He told my warranty company parts were in and they were waiting on me to schedule a repair appointment. When I called him, not two seconds later, he said he thought all the parts were in. Adding insult to injury, the part on which I was waiting was the part they damaged.

    The one positive thing I will say is the service manager, Matt was helpful, he tried to make things right. When the wrong part was purchased, Matt sent Sonny to the store to buy a part and had it installed the same day. As a rule the company should open the parts to make sure everything is correct prior to arriving at someone's home. After 6 weeks of waiting, I wasn't understanding about wrong parts.

    I have called the owner, Richard several times over the last couple weeks and he hasn't returned any of my calls. From the comments, I noticed he responds when he thinks his company is in the right, but he doesn't seem to respond when his company is in the wrong. Perhaps he feels convicted by his company's incompetence.

    Had an easy DIY problem that I jacked up, trying to replace a shower faucet in my daughter's bathroom... rounded out the seat, which didn't seem like a big deal at the time, but turned out the new washer I installed failed after just a few weeks. Wife went postal on me, demanded I call the home warranty service to schedule a real plumber come out to fix the problem. Long story short, InterTech got involved, sent out Larry DeJohn - who is just the salt of the earth kind of guy, who's expertise allowed him to fix what would have otherwise been a extremely complicated & expensive repair. Hope he's still turning wrenches the next time we're faced with a plumbing issue, cuz I'm calling InterTech rather than trying to fix it myself!

    Larry DeJohn and another young man came to my home to repair a leak. They immediately diagnosed my problem in about 20 seconds. They provided excellent professional service, which meant a lot to me. You just don’t get that all the time. Thank you guys!! Sorry I did not get the name of the other young man, they worked as a team.

    The master plumber Chris Rachael was the plumber that came to my home he was professional and very knowledgeable and found the leak that was coming from the side of my home. He explain the situation to me and my husband. We want Chris Rachal to do the repairs.

    I had a garbage disposal not working and a facet clogged up. Plumbing Technicians Chris Rachal and Chris (didnt get his last name) arrived promptly. They were comfortable to talk to and prepared for the job. They completed the work effectively in a short amount of time. They ended up installing a new disposal and showed me all the ways to maintain the maintenance. I feel they went above and beyond and did an excellant job

    Technician was Chris Rachal, this is the second time he has completed repairs here. The first time I did the review in the wrong place. This time he completed repairs to my Jacuzzi bath tub. Chris is always a professional and goes above and beyond. He answers all of my dumb questions with the patience of Job. He is always courteous and respectful and his work is impeccable.
