How come I can’t rate zero stars? Worst experience of my life.
They never contacted me after I paid for the AHS SERVICE FEE. So a week later I contacted them. A guy came out and took a picture. Then nothing. No communication. Two weeks later I ask for an update.
No response. Two more weeks go by and they send someone out who takes another picture. A week later I ask for an update. They say they’ll get back to me. For the next SIX WEEKS I ask for updates. Nothing. They finally come out to fix my leaky tub and guess what? They brought the wrong size items. They say hopefully they’ll have it the next day or so. Another week goes by and my home inspection fails, the homebuyer backed out because there was water in the crawl space under the tub they were supposed to fix. This is three months after I initially contacted them.
So I go on Amazon and find out the special order part is $8 and I can get it the next day. So I order it, fix it myself, and spent two hours on hold with ahs fighting to get my service fee back. Ahs says they can’t refund because service was complete. No it was not. Two pictures and bringing the wrong size parts?????? Completely shocked. Disgusted.

Jerry Fox was the helpful service technician who fix my plumbing problem in a reasonable time frame. He was very knowledgeable about the problem. He took pictures before he started the job and after the job was completed. Very Professional.

Intertech was assigned to repair my washing machine after the pump gave out. They were extremely courteous, both on the phone and in person, in all our interactions. Jimmy (scheduler) and Buddy (technician) were prompt and considerate. Jimmy went above and beyond to work my service order in and get my washer back up and running, while Buddy was willing to come out after normal business hours to do the repair. The ordering time for parts was very reasonable, and it means a lot to have a company that understands how important your time is. Well done.

Like others, my warranty company prescribed Intertech after another company couldn't respond. I'm so glad that they did. Kevin R service call this afternoon was amazing. Kevin is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the next steps for my dying water heater. He took the time to listen to my concerns, directly address my questions, and carefully document every single element in order for the replacement process to begin. He was genuinely concerned about my issue and assured me of the next steps. I know you always hear when something goes wrong, but in this instance, it went completely right. I hope Kevin R continues to be a credit to Intertech.

I had a VERY GOOD experience with the service technician that came to my home. His name is Mr. Kevin Rhodes and I could not have been more pleased with him. He arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. He replaced my leaking garbage disposal and even took time to provide me with maintenance tips on how to prolong the life of my new disposal. If the rest of Intertech's technicians are anything like Mr. Rhodes, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Scotty Sloan was out to my house for a clogged bathroom sink. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgable. He even cleaned up his small mess...amazing. How many men do that? He was also very friendly.

I placed a call for a blown water heater through a home warranty insurance. Time was critical. The technician evaluated the issue. He, his manager and office submitted the work request to the insurance company immediately after the evaluation. After staying late, the office gave me a call to confirm the submission to the insurance company. That was greatly appreciated as insurance companies can take their sweet time approving the request.

I had a leak, my warranty company contacted Intertech Company, Bob the technician arrive early(on time) he was very concerned and knowledgeable. Bob was able to fix the problem. Bob also took the extra time to explain some question I had. Bob is very professional and time management. I would use this company again definitely recommend.
