    After it took them almost one month to get to my home to replace a part on my washer machine the tech snapped a piece to my washer machine. They now have to repair my whole washer machine and the part had to be ordered. the lady that answered the phone whose name was Amber was very rude and unprofessional. Somehow she could not comprehend how I am unhappy that they are not timely and now I have to go weeks with a broken washer machine. She then told me to thank you for calling and have a nice day and hung up in my face so that I could not respond. I called back and she had someone else answer the phone. Yes I did call her incompetent (because at this point that's what she illustrated). It's not an insult if it is the truth. I asked to speak to a manager and they REFUSED to let me speak to a manager. They were and are very unprofessional. Yes I called American Homeshield and reported them as well. I would NEVER use them if it was my choice and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. All they had to do was put a manager on the phone or be courteous and they refused to do both. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

    Chris Rachal came to our house today and he was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He solved our shower leak and helped us figure out our other plumbing problems. I would recommend his service to anyone. Great Plumbing Technician.

    I had a problem with a clogged sewer line and my warranty company sent out Chris Rachal, Master Plumbing Technician and Anthony. They arrived on time and worked continuously for the next 3.5 hours. They were both very professional, courteous and friendly. Both answered my questions and were knowledgeable and patient. They worked until my line was open and cautiously useable, until a quote is obtained from the warranty company.to complete the line repair / replacement. .

    I had bought a house and all of the plumbing was needing to be removed and arranged differently in my home, because we were remodeling and enlarging our bathroom and moving the laundry room and Kitchen. We had a Very nice gentleman show up and he has stayed with our job to get this completed so I would be ready for the next phase of my remodeling adventure. I would recommend this company to my best friends and have. They have been very polite and the person on the phone has been so helpful working with me and my crazy schedule. Thanks to Nick for a job well done. I will use them agian in the future for any other needed repairs.

    Chris Rachal and Khris Surratt were very professional and easy to work with. I had a unknown leak occurring from my kitchen sink. Chris was efficient at locating one of the issues and making the repair. I recently had to call again because there is still a little bit of a leak and the company has promptly agreed to send a tech out at no additional cost to address the issue. I am very happy with the level of customer service from this company and hope they send Chris and Khris again because they seem to know what they are doing and how to pinpoint the issue.

    Carl did an excellent job fixing our dryer after a couple of failed attempts by other repairmen. He was very professional and very prompt. My only complaint is that they didn’t send Carl out the first time.

    To be honest the business itself, customer service was not much to desire. I had issues with scheduling, and no one could tell me much, but all was forgotten after Mr Seavers showed up and made repairs. He as professional, efficient, as well as knowledgeable for any and every question I asked or googled. He is a all star representative for them. They need a more like that gentleman to answer phones.

    My issue is with company policy. Employee did not fix shower properly. Later, I found quite a bit of mold damage in my garage. Had the mold treated assuming no one would work on the problem with mold being present and not knowing what caused it. After being misdiagnosed and 2 or 3 trips later they found the damage was caused by a previous repair and fixed the leak. Warranty company reimbursed my service fee, but Intertech only sent one of their techs to spray bleach and called that remediation. So now I have had a large opening in the garage for months that isn’t fixed (Intertech claims the warranty has to fix the drywall) and many calls, emails, texts and months later they came to the conclusion that they had no responsibility for the mold treatment.or drywall repair caused exclusively by their mistake. Mistakes happen...that’s not my issue. My concern is not taking responsibility for any damages caused. Had I not had the mold treated when I found it, the problem would have been exponentially worse.

    Chris and Chris came to my house to fix a leak I had somewhere behind my walls. It took a while for them to locate the leak because my house is pretty large, but they were committed to locating and fixing the problem. When they did find it, they fixed the leak then put everything back where it was before they got to it. They were respectful as far as social distancing and masking up and respectful of my house as far as not to bring mud from outside on their boots. Great service
