    Intertech customer service was horrible. It took them about 2 weeks to make me an appointment to come out for service that’s because I called and texted several times. However, Mr. Carl Blackshire came out to service my refrigerator. He was very friendly and he took his time to explain to me what the issue was. He made my frustration with this company calm down a bit. He was awesome. So if you have to use this company I recommend you ask for Mr. Carl Blackshire. You won’t be disappointed.

    Two words. Carl Blackshire. Carl fixed our dishwasher after having several other repairmen visit our home at least 6 times. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, & even felt like family while conversing with him during the 1 hour (or so) he serviced the dishwasher. He even took the initiative in readjusting our dishwasher after discovering it had been installed incorrectly. Anything you need fixed, Carl is the man you NEED to call.     This company was selected to do a job by my home warranty company. They turn off their phones and do not return calls. They sent a plumber to work on my sump pump and technician said an electrician was needed. He said they would put in a work order to have an electrician come out. This was January 25th. I have not gotten a single response from this company since then on the scheduling of the electrician. I’ve called multiple times and sent multiple messages. Now my hardwood floors are starting to warp due to the standing water.

    Worst place I have ever worked for. Office staff will show favoritism and talk behind your back, and they treat their customers poorly. When my bosses couldnt answer a question theyd tell me to lie to the customer on the phone, and the work environment is inappropriate and extremely unsanitary. Techs are also not licensed, which I was also told to lie to customers about.

    Came to replace the on/off knob on my tub/shower. Did a nice job working with my old plumbing. left things neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

    Technician was Matt Chaudoin, our water heater started leaking and we put in a request to our home warranty company. They sent Intertech out as usual. They were unable to get us an appointment this week so the dispatcher scheduled the appointment for next week. Once on the schedule she called the supervisor and told him what was doing on. He manipulated the schedule so that we could have an appointment yesterday. He even came out himself and worked to diagnose the problem and find a resolution. The water heater was ordered, warranty companies are slow a bit, and my new water heater will be installed first thing Monday morning. This is so indicative of this company, they will do everything that they can to take care of their customers. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is always a pleasure to work with this company because their staff are so great!

    My experience with the service electrician that came to my home was excellent! I love the fact that he was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job in fixing all my electrical issues.     Jerry, came to my house was super nice and professional. He done a toilet repair. Talked my husband and I through the process. Was able to answer the questions we both had was very understanding since our knowledge of pluming repairs are slim to non. I would use this company again. Today I receive another call to follow up on the repairs and to see is I had any other question. So I'm giving this company + Jerry All Stars...

    All I can say is Carl was amazing. He took his time and accurately diagnosed the problem with my dryer and left no stone unturned to ensure my dryer would work properly. I would highly recommend his services!!!!!

    The timer on my dryer went out and I was unable to dry my clothing. Called my home warranty company and Inter Tech was dispatched to my home on June 25. My husband was told that they had to get approval from my warranty company in order to get the repair approval. Was told it would take 48 hours- not 2 business days for the call in and we should be “squared away” by the end of the week at most.
    I called my warranty this afternoon and was told that the company hadn’t bothered to contact them yet. Called InterTech to find out where the disconnect was.
    Was advised by Tim (super nice guy) that when a tech comes to your home, they have to write up a report of what needs to be fixed then they submit the report to the lead tech who has to review/approve it and only then can the information be called into the warranty company. To add insult to injury it can take 3-5 BUSINESS days to receive the part once they get around to ordering it and then they have to schedule a time with you to come out and Make the repairs. I was told that they’re scheduling into late next week already- so I will likely be without a dryer until Mid-July sometime.
    I’d never tell a company how to handle their business, but this way seems bulky and inefficient. I’m irritated, inconvenienced. This company may work well when an individual calls, but they certainly don’t seem with the hassle if you’re with a warranty company.
