Intertech Maintenance Group

I've had Intertech at my home for various reasons-stopped up sink, twice for a sewer line leak in my yard. Today Casey Andrew's came and cleared a blockage in my toilet. He is very friendly and efficient. Thank you, Casey!

I've used Intertech twice over the last month or so (Summer of 2022), and they have provided exceptional service each time! Eugene Seavers was my technician during the latest call and he was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He communicated with me through the entire process so there were no surprises and made sure my issue was resolved before leaving. He did an outstanding job start to finish. I highly recommend this company!!

Installed a new hot water heater with raw exposed pipes, running down the street side of our home. They just ignored the original stealth camouflaged, installation that was present, and drilled right thru the side of our home. The original install had the pipes protruding thru the crawl space vent. This is obnoxious, primitive, and poor workmanship. They must hire the lower qualified techs right out of plumbers college.

Jerry Fox was the plumber that fixed our plumbing problems. He was very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. He was very neat and cleaned up his trash. He took pictures before and after. He was very thorough in recording what work he had done. He was also friendly. He did outstanding work in fixing our plumbing issues. I would highly recommend him to others.

Based on the business website, they offer a diverse selection of service options. Several, that I intend to utilize. Each service was broken down in easy to understand details.

Brodie Stanley did a good job finding and fixing our gas leak. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We were pleased.

Called for septic tank line stopped up. Septic tank backed up. First crew caused more septic backup and left a mess without solving the problem. Second crew evaluated the line and said it was good and the problem was the septic tank which my Service Line Warranty didn’t cover. I called a septic tank company which quickly discovered the line was blocked by roots. The tank was in perfect shape. So I was out hundreds of dollars to the septic company when it should have been covered by my line warranty. The crews that came out were incompetent.

Dish Washer was backed up and always leaking when i used it. Who new my problem was so simple. Carl Blackshire did his thing!!! He’s the best.

Carl Blackshire fixed a few appliances at my house and did a great job! He was sent to repair my freezer but also took the initiative to tighten the handles on my refrigerator that he noticed were loose. He was very pleasant and professional and I could tell he enjoyed taking care of his customers and provided excellent service. Would definitely use this company again, Thanks Carl!
