Our version and your version were basically the same, however your technician apparently forgot why he was there. How do you think we felt with your company's inability to address the issue of the strainer housing. This issue did not concern a chewed up cord or a PVC pipe lying on the ground. Your technicians job was to inspect the broken piece on the strainer housing. You stated in your response your company has a reputation of reporting the facts and that was specifically what you intended (intended being the operative word here) to do, however, you did not give AHS all of the facts. That's where the problem came in. Funny how you use the word "intended" because it was obvious all the facts were not stated. Leaving out the most important "fact", in this case was human error. As far as our "affronted" position with you, Richard that word applies to you as well. The way you handled the situation was unprofessional you did not offer to resolve the issue because we never got a word in while you were talking. It would have been better if your technician had stated the actual facts when he called rather than fabricating other issues that he was not there to address. This is no longer an issue for your company. There are always two sides to every story and we repeated to you exactly what American Home Shield told us. Now YOU have a "GOOD DAY" because we certainly will.

UPDATE: Home Warranty company called them and bumped up the priority. Supposed to be done in the next day or so 👏🏼.
Currently closing at 10 days with no hot water and 8 months pregnant wife. Submitted request on a Sunday through home warranty. Tech came out on Thursday and told me I would need a new water heater and would take 5 days for the repair.
Called today (5days later) and was told the paper work has not been submitted to home warranty, and they said weren’t sure when it would be. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he would pass on the message, and gave me no promise that anyone one would call.

Sonny Winger at Innertech is the best! He has repaired and totally saved appliances for us when we thought all hope was lost and we would have to totally replace them! Sonny is always on time, professional, and works efficiently! We cannot say enough positive things about Sonny and Innertech!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been forced to deal with this company many times because they are the only one my home warranty utilizes in my area. Every repair job they do is faulty and has required MANY trips back to get the work completed to satisfaction. Any time I have had to deal with their customer service they are completely unhelpful and borderline rude. If you have ANY other choice I would avoid them at all cost.

I am a very loyal person to companies but I must warn everyone about the experience we had with them...we have the best home warranty company ever, First American Home sent this company to fix our freezer, it took 5 trips to our house until they wanted us to pay for a part that was not covered under the warranty that WAS NOT BROKE BEFORE THESE TRIPS STARTED. It was at that point I received a callback from Richard the supervisor and asked him to look in his tech notes to see it was not reported broke until the third trip to our house. Richard said we had to pay for it , that is settled and hung up. I called First American back to advise of the problem, they sent out GE appliances to look at our freezer, within 5 seconds the tech SAW the problem, had the 15.00 part in his truck and it fixed the other problem the first company damaged and an existing problem we had with getting only crushes ice. We did not want to pay for the part to fix getting only crushes ice, we only wanted the ice to fall as it did before and stop overfreezing.. The GE tech only took about 10 min to fix everything. We are very thankful people. Intertech wanted us to pay over 150.00 for something that was not damaged before they came and 50.00 for something that was fixed because the freezer was overfreezing. Our freezer looked the same from May 2017 until August 4, 2017. Today we can actually thaw out our food, ice falls as expected!!
