1st time had a 8am to noon window, 3hrs late, had to order part, part did not come in on time, had to cancelled appointment, 3rd time had a 8am to noon appointment no one showed up, called about 5:30pm to give me choice , 8:30pm Saturday night or 8am Sunday morning , I took Sunday Morning, they showed at 9:15 am and installed part by 9:50 am, but didn't put water meter cover back on. Sorry, Sorry. Sorry zero stars out of 5

Had a leaky drain underneath our bathroom sink and they we’re here and had it fixed in no time! Very impressed with their work!

Very Professional and clean, would have them in my home anytime for future repairs.

The guys at Cracker Jack Air Pros did a great job on cleaning my HVAC system and getting is ready for the Summer. Storm is very thorough and detailed when it comes to making sure everything is cleaned and working right. They are very professional, were on-time, and efficient in their work. They provided me with a detailed report on how my HVAC system is running and took pictures of concerned parts and followed up with some options to consider with the repairs they suggested.
Scheduling is very easy, and you can get a hold of them pretty much any time, super friendly and excellent to work with.

David was great, very informative and kind! Got what we needed fixed and told us our next steps for when we are able to afford it.

Repair leaking pipe, we had water. They came, shut the water off at the road, fixed the leak, and had water restored before they left.
