Very pleasant plumber. Arrived early. But his estimate was around $375 for a job that required around $10 in parts and would be done in around a half-hour. Exorbitant so I paid the $69 charge
Will never call them again.

These guys are great! Shane and Storm installed a new unit outside and inside and did a fantastic job! Miranda was great on the phone and even Brandon spoke to me and was very respectful. This company earned my business and I couldn’t be happier!!

The installer was responsive, pleasant, very professional, and delivered outstanding service. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had. I would recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be using them again for future services.

Eric was ahead of schedule and gave me time to prepare for earlier arrival. He had just left another customer prior to me but appearance was neat and clean as if I was his first customer of the day. He showed me respect, answered my questions and knew what he was doing. I felt comfortable to work on my paperwork inside while he came in and out as needed to install a new water heater. He was very personable and I will have him repair or add a couple more needs I have. And, I would also like to say a few words about Ms Brittany who was my initial contact at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. She alleviated any stress I was having related to my waterheater replacement immediately when she answered saying "Crackerjack Plumbing, how can I make you smile today?" I told her she already made me smile when and how she answered....very upbeat, pleasant and as if her voice said she was smiling. Changed my entire attitude for the day. David came out and did a diagnostic for us, and was super helpful. Even though we decided not to move forward with getting the work needed done at this time, this company is professional, and cost competitive! Thanks.

We had a leak due to a defect. I called Crackerjack and they weren't able to get out immediately but setup an appointment for the next morning in case I couldn't find an emergency service. After being lied to by a competitor for 4 hours. I called Crackerjack back and they showed up first thing the next morning. They were professional, efficient, and had resonable pricing. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a question about wiring in a new thermostat and Shane was able to answer my question right over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the information on the spot. Most places would have just wanted to set an appointment so they could charge me a service fee. The guys at CrackerJack got my issue solved, literally in minutes and it didn't cost me a penny. This is the only place I'll from now on.

Called Shane at Cracker Jack Air Pros and had a technician out within a few hours. Storm was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. They came out and did an inspection on our unit and gave me all the information needed with several options to fix our issues. He was polite and respectful of our home.
