Brandon was pleasant and professional. He did a great job explaining everything, provided pictures of what was going on with my unit and after pictures when he was finished. He came out same day and got the job done. I will always use this company. If you call them you will not be disappointed.

I tried several AC companies due to the outside unit not kicking on. Unfortunately, we discovered the issue right as we were about to leave for vacation. When I called Cracker Jack Air Pros they had immediate availability. Brandon Stow was the technician and provided the best Heat/Air service I've ever received. He explained everything he did, took pictures, showed diagnostic stats, and used newer tools that provided readings both outside/inside simultaneously. He also mentioned Cracker Jack is 24/7 and doesn't charge additional amounts for weekends. I really liked that he did not press for me to signup for a yearly service plan. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely continue to use their service. At 3pm we realized our AC was having an issue and by 4:30pm it was repaired.... Great Job Brandon and sorry if that set the bar too high for everyone else reading this! 😉

I had Brandon Stowe come work on my HVac today. He was very professional, assessed the issue quickly, and communicated with me on the steps he was taking. I will definitely use this service again if there are people like Brandon working there. Also he came and did the work I needed on Mother’s Day.

Amazing service! Called on a Monday morning and had a repair man at my house within 30 minutes and our system back working within an hour of calling. Brandon was professional and personable and was very efficient! Highly recommend!

Please be aware and search yelp reviews on the owner, Brandon Stowe before using crackerjack airpros in Little Rock. He charged me $980 for AC repairs that were not needed and the wrong equipment used for my ac unit. The wrong equipment used, caused my condenser motor to overheat and shut down 10 min after her left. He returned, and told me now I needed a $630 repair to the condenser motor.
Thankfully, I was able to get a professional HVAC contractor to come out. He took photos and explained to me the capacitor put in by CrackerJack was incorrect and actually caused the motor to fail. He also showed me the other part installed by crackerjack was not even connected. Once the correct capacitor was installed my AC unit worked perfectly and without any of the parts crackerjack said I needed. I think the google reviews are false as more searching reveals the complaints against the owner of this company. Hope he is stopped.
