We had a fantastic experience!! From quote to product install was flawless !! We were always kept in the loop on the steps of installation!!! He was knowledgeable on the product (split air) and I feel that I learned A lot myself . He said if we had any questions in the fall when we change to heat, to give him a call and he will come back out and explain things !!! VERY HAPPY, with price , product, install and customer service !!
