I have used McGrew Heating & Air several times over the last few years and they always provide exceptional customer service at a fair price. Very easy company to work with. Not only did they promptly fix our AC unit, but took the time to explain what likely caused our problem and how to prevent future issues going forward. Top notch service in my opinion. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Jared was wonderful! He worked on my sons a/c and I could not be more pleased. Kim who I contacted to make the appt was a pleasure to talk to and they informed of status at all times. I would highly recommend them. Their service was impeccable and I thank them.

The customer service provided from start to finish is wonderful! They are prompt in getting back with you and are HONEST when giving their estimated arrival time! Invoices are explained and itemized making approvals for payment so much smoother! Def recommend giving them a call with any HVAC needs!!!!!

I have used Jared and Charlie on several occasions, and they are the best of the best! I was recently out of town, and my wife called to tell me that the a/c unit wasn’t cooling during the the hottest week of the year. I reached out to Jared and he adjusted his schedule to come at 6:45am the next morning to fix the unit. I understand how busy they are this time of year, and him coming that early in the morning to fix our problem shows how awesome this company is. The only HVAC company I use. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Jerrod and Charlie are the best. My system was almost 30 years old , so I gave them a call, based on a recommendation. They came over the same day, on a weekend, and looked over my barely functioning HVAC system. After listening to my concerns and needs, they assessed the situation and Jerrod offered a solution that was 100% appropriate for the property. He never tried to upsell or oversell. The next weekend they showed up right on time and installed the new system. It was about a 7 hour job. When they left everything had been cleaned up and picked up and hauled away. These guys will be hard to beat. Don't waste your time. Call them first.
