Jarod is the best I switches vendors a year ago.they are always ontime and do excellent work at a reasonable rate I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This company was awesome from the initial call to the installation. I highly recommend for anyone putting a new HVAC system in or needing maintenance on your current unit. They do what they say they are going to do and it was a great value. Customer service was on point. I was extremely satisfied with everything.

Unit was making grinding/screeching noises. The owner himself came to do the service and determined that it was the condenser motor (i think?) and replaced it with 1 year parts and labor warranty. Problem has been resolved. He was very friendly and professional and engaged with me so that I understood.

Dealing with Jared and Kim at McGrew Heating and Air Service has been great. While there were some delays they were not McGrew's fault and, most importantly, I was advised of the problems and what was being done to solve the problems. The actual work was completed on time and within budget. I was well pleased with their professionalism and with the quality of the products and the workmanship.

These guys were great. The owner personally put in our unit. He’s was quick, fair priced, and I’ve literally never seen anyone work harder in the hottest of weather. Thank you! Our house and family will be safe and cool (and warm in the winter) thanks to them.
