I cannot recommend this company enough. The first time I called (on a Thursday) they squeezed me in the following day and the owner was the one who came out. The second time I called they got me in same day (it was a Friday). Excellent customer service. Both the owner and Charlie (who came out the second time) were very nice and efficient, and they both interacted with my young kids that tried to engage with them. The second time was after a big storm we had so coming in and out of the house Charlie tracked in mud and once he was done he offered to vacuum it up. So top notch above and beyond service.

Our AC went out on a Saturday. Called the owner, and within less than an hour he had our AC working again! Which is important because we have a daughter with disabilities on a trach and vent that requires a cool house. Before it was fixed, our house was a stuffy 78 degrees and climbing! Jarrod was fantastic, professional, punctual, and quick! He had our AC going again in less than 30 minutes! After his service, our house is a cool 68!! Thanks McGrew HVAC for impeccable service! Will recommend you to anyone I know!

Literally the best company I’ve ever used. When finding out I had to get 2 brand new systems they were so kind and made sure I understood everything and gave me options. The owner didn’t pressure me into buying one or the other, just gave me facts and answered all of my questions. That was a huge yes right there. I did have a part that was messed up, but that was no fault of theirs, just a faulty product. They came out immediately and fixed it. Best customer service.

McGrew is on time, polite, and efficient. Very professional organization. The owner is a great guy and Kim in the office is great as well! The technician, Camden, did a good job and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 30 minutes!
