Higher prices than most Ruud dealers their main answer is if you sell more we can bring price down. Believe me we sell but if the price is so high then people just won’t buy. Then if you don’t sell a certain amount and you install a piece of their equipment and it’s a mechanical failure on their part they charge us for doing business with them. So basically their warranty’s are a lie and they want me to pay them for their bad equipment. Not right not fair!!
