Elite A/C & Refrigeration

I could not have had a better experience with Elite. Clinton was very friendly, he got here early in the day with his team, and got the job done. A crane was needed to lift my old unit off of my two story building and replace with the new, and the job was done so quickly and proficiently they were barely noticed. Elite was highly recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A tech returned my call, and said he had to run my situation by his boss. I never heard from the boss, so they wasted more of my time. I wish Google would not list these companies that don't return your call.

When the snow storm hit we woke up to our furnace not working properly at 6:30 am....resulting in some quite frigid temperatures indoors with a -15 windchill outside...after exausting my loyalty( started calling at 6:30 am and gave up at 3:30 pm with only space heaters and a young child/pets) to a previous company we've been with for several years i called Elite, I had not been in the market for new technicians but I spoke with Travis and he tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone....when that wasnt the issue he came to my house personally within the next hour(and got stuck in the snow) after navigating some neighbourhoods made it and repaired my furnace much much cheaper than we previously anticipated, he then helped me push my suv from behind to get it out of the snow and into my driveway. I may not have been looking for a new company or any mew techs to service my heat or air but I've found them. (Long drawnout story short 15/10 would reccomend.)

My AC went out so I called around for quotes as there are lots of companies out there. The known companies wanted an arm and leg and there were too many doubts as if they weren't sure what the problem was.
After calling Elite, they sent Henry to diagnose the problem. Henry was extremely friendly and his confidence made it easy to tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The company gave me a great quote and I've had no issues since.

I can't believe the things sone companies will say you need when you really don't. I recommend Elite to anyone that wants professional, friendly, and honest service. Thank you Elite, you saved me a lot of money!

I have a home food freeze dryer and tried different HVAC technicians when the machine developed a leak. No one could fix it until I went to Elite A/C and refrigeration. Travis was actually enthusiastic about working on the machine even though he had never seen one. The job was finished when promised and he and his entire staff, that I met, were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Elite A/C & Refrigeration for all your Refrigeration and A/C problems.

These guys are how it should be! Honest, hard working, and dont stop until the job is finished correctly! I have had them work on my house, business, and referred them to many friends and family! Great, real, local repair men that know the trade!

They are fast, dependable, and very honest. They have done multiple systems of ours and we would use them time and time again if we ever have any issues. Their prices are great too.
