Chad came over and quickly assessed what needed to be done and resolved it in quick fashion. Offered me a really good service plan that was not expensive and actually provides the maintenance needed. Great Veteran Owned company.

Larry was great and advocated a lot for my fiance and me. Jerry and the rest of the team who installed our new HVAC system were great and really respectful! Great team overall!

JD punched all the right buttons. Showed up as scheduled, was polite, answered the questions I asked, and discussed what I was doing right (as a homeowner) and what could be improved. If I was standing with him during the service, he explained each step he was taking and why. After the service, he cleaned up above and beyond. I really appreciated his professional approach and open discussions. Thanks.

They were absolutely great! They were super fast and nice and had the part with them when they got to our home. We are scheduling an air vent cleaning service with them too! Highly recommended!

Chad and Robert were not only very professional, but they were technical experts. My family moved to Arkansas in late June and experienced numerous AC issues causing our house to be in the mid 80s. Been blessed to not only know the owners of Absolute Heat & Air LLC for almost 20 years but have also had the opportunity to work for and beside them. One thing Chad really drove home to me when I worked for him was always do the job right the first time as fast was fine but accuracy was everything. We just built our second home and have used absolute heat & air for both! This company provides great customer service as well as great prices & does incredible work! They finish the jobs in a timely manner and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Would recommend this company for all your heat and air needs!

Service techs were on time and very professional. They took the time to investigate the root cause of the problem. Overall they saved me money. Will definitely do business with them again.

Way, way, way overpriced!!!! They did a simple drain clearing that took less than 30 minutes!! The tech was very nice and cordial, which is the reason for 1 star, but there is no sense in gouging someone for $288 on a $75 job!! Which is what they charge just to show up!! I called around after seeing my bill just to double check that pricing and noone was that high!! Ozark Mountain Air quoted me 65 diagnostic fee which would have been applied to the bill and I would have pd less than $100... I guess you live and you learn!! This will be my Absolute last dealing with this company!!!!!

Called to get an estimate on duct cleaning, and was told they charge $85 to give an estimate on the cost of duct cleaning. What a rip off! I don't mind paying for a service, but is wrong to have to pay just for them to give me the price!
