UPDDATE!! Today (7/29/2021) Jerry and Bryce came and replaced our downstairs unit. They were amazing! Answered all of my questions and were so polite and professional! I can't tell you how happy I was with their service. These guys were efficient (even though our old unit was a dinosaur that was brutal to get out) and very thorough. Super kind...and you don't find many people like that anymore. They should get an award for doing what they did in this heat. Seriously good guys and a great company!

JD and Alberto were very kind and professional. They gave me all of the options for fixing my system and were honest about pricing and all. They were fast and thorough and I would definitely recommend Absolute Heat & Air to everyone.

Excellent customer service and timely arrival. I can’t say enough good things about JD. He came over checked my thermostat and the ac unit. I was concerned about having to replace my unit and JD was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assured me he would check out the problem first before any decisions were made. He explained everything he was doing and why so I could understand what all was going on. Thankfully the unit didn’t have to be replaced. We even discussed getting set up on a maintenance plan, which I will be doing today. Thank you Lance for sending JD. He had my ac up and running like a new unit again. Amazing customer service, very friendly! They responded quickly and made sure we knew when they were coming, and when they were on their way so that it wasn’t a surprise or delayed (all day long waiting not knowing). Colton Tredwell was our service tech. He made sure we knew exactly what was wrong with our heater, left long enough to get the part, and had our heater back up and running within just a few hours. Priced very fair, a lot less than the others tried to charge. Overall 100% A+ satisfaction

Your technician, Logan Swadley, did a great job yesterday, of performing a spring/summer check-up inspection on our three a/c units and also for changing the interior vent filters too.

He arrived promptly on time and communicated via text that he was on his way and when we could expect him to arrive to our house.

We bought a programmable WiFi thermostat but we could not get power to it. Called them up to figure out why unit had no power but all agents was out today but said send me some pics see what I can help you with. Was able to tell us that the blue wire needed but capped with two other so now we have power & unit is working perfect!! A great company to help us out with a quick simple fix! Us truckers can now save on our bills while out on the road & come home to comfortable house!! Thank you!!!
