I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks going with a cheaper service company and won't make that mistake again! We called Absolute for a second opinion when our heat upstairs would not turn on. The first company wanted to charge us nearly $2,000 to replace parts on our system. Logan with Absolute ran a much more thorough diagnostic and determined we just needed a new thermostat, saving us well over $1500. Logan was professional, kind, and took extra time to explain to me everything he was doing and why in order to diagnose the problem. We will use Absolute in the future simply from our experience with Logan!
