Matt and Chad were awesome. They always are on time and super affordable. I have used them on numerous occasions and have always been professional and make sure everything is working properly before they leave.

Great customer service and very affordable. Fixed our ac and my father-in-laws house on a moments notice. Will be using them anytime i have an issue with my hvac equipment.

A gas leak occurred after a part ( which was order months in advance) was installed. Resulting in a massive gas leak. They said they would pay $250.00 toward the bill, but then refused. Having waited almost a year for the repair and then this comedy of errors, I would never use them or recommend them.

Can't recommend these folks enough. Went out of their way to work us in when our AC went out during this awful heat. They showed up quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very affordable too!

Super reliable company. My 3 AC units had just been serviced two months prior a home inspection that was done as I am selling my house. The inspection found a problem. It was something that the “ reputable” and “ highly recommended” major Air Conditioning company was supposed to have fixed two months ago. They actually had charged me for the service.

The technician from Jones Heating and Air, Lane, was so professional and fast. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away, and so speedily.

I cannot recommend this company and Lane enough for a thorough professional job and their fast service.

Linda refused to service the A/C -Heating system that they installed in my mobile home. She told me look on the internet for parts and do it myself!

This company is terrible! Use another company! There's too much to list here, but I wouldn't use them again if my life depended on it!

Excellent, very thorough had recurring issue with A/C that other people missed. He found it had parts on hand fixed it at a fantastic price.
