100 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside because ac quit on a Saturday night of course. Called Northside first thing Sunday morning because of these reviews. Very professional and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Wasn't a contract customer, but I am now. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Jason at Northside.

Friendly, efficient, and prompt. They make sure to call everybody on the contact list when a technician becomes available for service. If there is a delay beyond their control (such as waiting for a part they have ordered before they can fix your unit), they are up front about it.
