Service & Clean HVAC. Very pleased!

We deal with contractors in our business frequently. I was extremely impressed by the installation team that installed our mini-splits recently. They were quiet and respectful of our clients. They were mindful of preventing safety hazards and cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, they were polite with all of our staff and explained everything we needed to know. I rarely see professionalism at that level. Good job!!

Should have did a review after the service and I don’t remember the Techs name. But he was professional and had the knowledge to fix my unit even though it was simple. And the lady that takes the calls is very nice. Will do business again.

We have always used Northside! Awesome Heat and Air business. We upgraded our heat and air, Jared worked the estimates and watched over the work being done. The crew, Jason, Chris and Kevin, very courteous and hard working! A great crew and company!

I'll start by saying this was my 1st time to use Northside Heating & Cooling, but I really appreciate the service I received. Our AC was cooling, but not pulling enough moisture out of the air. I was convinced the inside coil needed cleaning, but the technician did his checks and this was not the case. The outside coil was terribly dirty. He cleaned this and ran several tests on my system. The amount I paid for him to come clean the outside coil and do a thorough test on my system (that had not had regular maintenance) was much lower than I had expected. I will use them again.

The team at Northside Heating & Cooling are top notch. They handle all of the HVAC for our new construction homes that we build (Salem Homes/Fiser Development). Their products and knowledge in the industry are exceptional. Daniel runs a great operation and Peggy keeps us organized.
Last week the service technician(Chris) went above and beyond on my wedding & event venue - Skylark Manor (which has six systems including 3 mini-splits). He then serviced the unit in my home and I enrolled in their unlimited maintenance plan. Over the years Northside has taken care of us quickly & efficiently. I never hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.
