My former HVAC guy retired last year. Northside H&A was highly recommended by a trusted friend. I am so happy I took his recommendation. Northside set up my routine maintenance program in June. Yesterday a drain clogged and shut down my unit. Jeremy was prompt in coming to get my unit back on line with only a reasonable service call charge. Over night it clogged again and Justin came within an hour of my call. He not only unclogged the drain but rerouted the drain pipe to prevent it from happening again. No charge!! How often does that happen. Five stars all the way.

Incredibly impressed with their speed and effectiveness on my Dad's A/C unit. A few days ago, the unit wasn't kicking on. A service employee arrived in less than an hour and had the A/C back on in a few minutes. $39 charge since Dad had a maintenance plan with them.

The next morning, the unit was still struggling and Dad called them at 8a. Again, they were out in about an hour, did a more extensive repair, and didn't charge Dad since they had just come out the day before and hadn't completely fixed everything.

In the summer heat, when every hour counts and repairs can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, it is real peace of mind to know that my Dad has a company that really cares about him.
