Professional, On point, friendly, always on or ahead of schedule, can answer any question, and always, always takes care of any need we've been faced with from installation or new units, repairs, cleaning, maintenance and i trust them completely! Super great business!!!

Northside installed two HVAC systems for us and they were so easy to work with. Professional, courteous, honest and affordable. They made a repair to our system and arrived quickly and went above and beyond to find the problem. The annual maintenance is thorough and keeps the system running well. We would, and have, highly recommend Northside.

I’ve had really good experiences with your technicians. This young man was not horrible, but he seem like he was in a hurry to get done. He didn’t check my filters. He only looked at one zone. He was done in roughly 30 minutes. Not sure you can truly test the system clean it and make sure it’s working properly in that short of time. I explained that my furnace was not working since April and had a light flashing on it. I asked him if he could check that out while was here, but he said he didn’t have enough time??
He came earlier than scheduled, as I was totally be here at 3-3:30. Arrived at 2.
I just wanted him to troubleshoot and see what he thought might be causing the heater to not work, but he did not wanna look at it. He was not interested in helping me. He just wanted to get done for the day and go. He did ask me if I wanted to renew. If he would’ve taken the time to look at my heater for just five or 10 minutes, just troubleshoot it give me an idea what might be wrong with it, I would probably sign the renewal then. I didn’t see any value with him today. Not to be rude or anything like that. The same lucky rush through the whole process just to get off for the day. That’s just my observation. I sell service too. We want our techs to slow down take their time, answer questions and not seemed rushed when they’re being paid to work on something.

I've used Northside Heating & Cooling for a few years now. The first time I used them was for an installation in the middle of summer. The other companies that bid that job tried to, for lack of a better word, gouge us. These were well-known companies, too. I had done a fair amount of research in the matter, and had a ballpark figure that they exceeded by thousands of dollars. It really was drastic. A friend told me not to proceed with either of those bids until Northside in Benton looked at it, so I called them up. The tech showed up when he said he would be there, and gave us a reasonable bid that was a little below my ballpark estimate. The installers showed up when they said they would, got right to work, and were respectful of me, my wife, my dogs, and my home. They didn't mess around, paid attention to detail, and got the job finished in an afternoon. I haven't had a problem out of that system since.

When we moved, we decided to use Northside Heating & Cooling to maintain the units at our new house. Shortly after we had the units serviced, there was an issue with one of them. The Northside technician came out the morning that we reported the issue and took care of it. Really, seeing it from their perspective, the responsibility for this issue could have gone either way, but when I explained my perspective to the leadership at Northside, they made it right, and exceeded my expectation in doing so. That's huge in my book. I'm going to use them for my HVAC needs from here on out.

Most businesses that I deal with these days make me argue, fuss, and call back multiple times, even when they're obviously in the wrong. This was not the case with Northside, and honestly, they could have told me to kick rocks. That is why I'm here writing this review now. Honest, good service-oriented business deserves recognition and customer loyalty, especially these days.

Condensation from my AC started backing up into my house. I called Northside and they scheduled a service call for the very next day. The tech was super polite and worked quickly to solve the issue. Cleared the blockage from the drain pipe for my AC unit in no time. Very pleased with their service.

Service is top notch. The service man was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He was also early! We will continue to use Northside for our PMs and any other HVAC issues we may have.

Technicians that have come to my home and business have varied over the years but all of them have been very polite and respectful. They're trustworthy business and do a good job at a fair price. Our AC unit went out and the temperature in the house was rising. They arrived on time, figured out what was up with the unit, explained it to me, talked about the repairs, and repaired the unit.
