Called to set an appointment yesterday, Spoke with the office tech who was very nice. Scheduled an appointment for 6/28/2023 as our main unit quit working. Waited around all day in the heat waiting for a technician to show up, never did. After leaving multiple messages with no response I contacted another company to come fix the issue.

Taylor heating and air is not only affordable but very knowledgeable and timely. They provided hvac system for our new home, spray foamed the duct work in two days. Highly recommend.

They didn't return my initial call. I called back and they sent a tech out. He said I needed a fan motor and someone else would install it tomorrow, no one showed up. I had to call again and the next they came and installed the motor. Didn't work and guess what, I had to call again. I'm still waiting for them to come back.
