Our A/C blower motor gave out and in 100+ temps our house was in the upper 80s. Out of multiple local companies called, 1 hour heating and air had the quickest response time for a service call. Our techs were Buzz and Toni. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave up front pricing for repairs printed out. We ended up deciding to go with a new unit due to the age of our old unit. Toni and Buzz quoted us a competitive price and installed the new unit in just two days despite the overwhelming demand of the service calls every company in town was receiving. The unit we originally chose wasn’t in stock so Toni upgraded us at no extra charge. We upgraded to a nest thermostat and Toni installed it in just a few minutes. We are very pleased with the efficiency of our new unit and hopeful energy savings! Thank you Toni and Buzz.

Buzz was very professional!!! Very straightforward. He had bad news for us but that’s the way the ball bounces sometimes!

My A/C went out in the middle of the night. Being in Arizona, it is imperative to have a working air conditioner. I called after hours and within 30 minutes got a call back from Tony. He came out immediately and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and quick.

Because I had had such a good experience with One Hour and Tony when my House heat pump died, I called him again when I wanted to look into a Split A/C system for my 12 X 16 studio. He found one that works on 110 , so I didn't have to get an electrician to install 220, which saved me time AND money. He also found a supplier who happened to have a Mini-split on sale which saved me some more nomoney, too. He ordered it, showed up the next morning and installed it, and Bing, Bang, Boom I now have a more efficient, and stupendously quiet unit in my studio. Hooray!! Thanks Tony!!
