Tony and his coworker came out to replace our ac unit today. They did such an amazing job. Very professional and on time. Tony answered any question we had. Highly recommend One Hour. Great company!

The technician was thorough with his inspection of my roof unit. He was kind enough to take the time to explain why my ac/heater unit was not working properly rather then only telling me, "This will cost X amount to fix."

Technician on time, cleaned and repaired our HVAC system that was not working well on the house we just bought. Explained everything, quickly and efficiently fixed the problem and keft us with a like new system that works beautifully. Also more affordable than other companies we checked. Would highly recommend, we will use them in the future!

My heat pump stopped working during the hottest part of the day a couple days ago. I called and scheduled an appointment. Tony called me shortly thereafter and let me know he was on his way. Upon inspection, he quickly let me know what was wrong (fan motor and capacitor). He checked his van for the motor, but didn't have the correct one with him. I figured at that point it would be the next day to complete the job as it was approaching 5pm already. I was wrong. Tony hopped in the van and drove from the foothills back to the shop in Yuma for the part. Frankly, that amazed me. He came right back, finished the repair, and I couldn't be more happy. Way beyond the call of duty in my opinion. Tony is the consummate professional. Timely, honest, and a true joy to work with. He definitely secured a long time customer that day!

Our AC went out and Ryan knew right away once he opened the panel what was the issue. Fixed it right away and we had air again. Thank you so much!!!

I would recommend One Hour Air Conditions & Heating. They worked with our budget and thoroughly explained the warranty, equipment and what they were selling to us. While others competitors tried to sell us piece meal systems that limited the warranty in order for us to buy more expensive systems, Tony explained and matched all the equipment to make sure we had a good Warranty the new AC system, but also the labor. They also went out of their way to help my family meet our budget and completed the project in a short turnaround time. They were very responsive which was extremely needed as the temps were exceeding 100 degrees and my family did not have a working AC unit.

This is my second time using their service and both times they were in time and the prices are not bad at all. The guys that have come out are fast and efficient friendly and they answer questions. I know I can depend on them to get the job done. I will continue to use one hour.

I started using One Hour Conditioning when I had a bad experience with another company (because of a condensation leak my unit fell through the floor) and they had gone out of business???

They installed a new unit a couple of years later. Since that time I have had wonderful, courteous, clean repair men in my home. Actually, only two. The first one moved to San Diego and Tony took his place. Tony has carried on the One Hour tradition. Thanks.

Tony was here for annual heater maintenance and iit was great as always.
