One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

My two year old system stopped working, thought I was calling One Hour but called the wrong number and another company responded at 10 PM to my surprise. I didn't realize they were not from One Hour until after they had identified the problem. I told them the system was under warranty and that I was not paying for repairs. They didn't charge me anything and told me the system needed a new 45 capacitor that was at 41 and a kick start relay was needed. The following day I called One Hour and Ryan responded. I told him what the other techs had said and even called them so Ryan could talk to them about what they found to include installing a kick start relay. Ryan only changed out the capacitor and restarted the system. What happened next floored me. I was required to pay $180.00 for service call and the part for a 2 year old system with a 10 year warranty and a nearly $200.00 annual fee for a maintenance plan. All seemed good until the heat of the day shut the system down again two days later. I called One Hour and James Dooley was sent and installed the needed part. James was very professional and the install went without a problem. I again had to pay for the part which came to an additional $151.00. A total of $321.00 was spent for a system under full warranty, if that's not odd I don't know what is. I have a home warranty program but did not call them because of the warranty on the unit. That was my mistake. If I had called my home warranty service I would have only had to pay for the service call which would have only cost me $125.00 for the system to be fixed no matter what the cost of parts. I have since cancelled the maintenance agreement and will never call One Hour again for any problems my system may have and get it fixed for $125.00 no matter what the resulting costs of parts and labor come too.

Excellent customer service. They came after hours within an hour of when I called and was able to replace my existing system in just a few days. Great customer service!

Tony is the best. Came same day called explained our problem, and set us up with a heat pump package. They showed up when promised and did a very professional job. When under the house Tony found a water leak which he repaired for a reasonable price. He gave us answers to all our questions and offered to return if needed. The price was mid range, but service was above. Thank you Tony and One Hour.

Tony Estrada with One Hour had great Customer Service skills and was honest he also showed up hours before my original appointment time. I would recommend One Hour to anyone needing AC work. They will be the 1st one I call for future AC services. My issue was only needing to replace my thermostat. Thank You Tony

Tony was very professional and still friendly. He made you feel like a friend, and who doesn’t like working with a friend! He said what he was going to do and when. The roof top heat pump was unit was completed as described and on time. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick response on a Saturday night. Very expensive but issue was emergent. Ryan was excellent, fast, responsive, and professional.
