Tony was here before regular business hours, got my ac fixed so my children didn't have to suffer through the heat, and surpassed expectation in his time and ability to repair the issue! Call them if you need fast, reliable service!

Refused to quote me on installing a minisplit becuase I didn’t buy my mini-split from them (got from lowes) and I had a licensed electrical company run the wiring. I’ll go with a company that wants my money.

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating will be there if you have a problem. One summer when it was 100+ degrees outside the air conditioning quit. Called them and they where there as promised within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and told us what we could do. I did have Home Warranty Insurance. The company that the insurance authorized to do the work could not get out to my house for 3 days. One Hour helped us stay in our home for the 3 days and wrote up the problem. I now have them service our heat pump each season. A company that you can trust.

He was professional in the services provided. Took only about 5 minutes to figure out the problem. I did not wait long enough when I reset the circuit breaker for it to kick in. My bad, he only charged me for their service call.
