I have used The carlson Company for years. They are wonderful. They treat their clients very well and always clean up. I would give them a perfect 10 every time. I love these guys and gals. Thank you to all of them for every you have done for me.

We have a home that is 110 years old and needs tender loving care. We have used Carlson for just about every issue you can imagine over the last 20 years and simply cannot say enough about what a terrific job they do. They have responded to emergencies immediately, scheduled non-emergency installations and repairs in a timely manner and are always there for us. All of their employees either know immediately what to do or will research and find a solution for us every time. They discuss costs and options with us and are unfailingly honest and above board about everything, many times saving us money in the process. I have and will to continue to recommend them to everyone, everywhere, all the time.

Carlson also installed a water softener for us. They couldn't be nicer to work with. They always call to let us know that they are on the way, all the service people are neat and friendly (not to mention knowledgeable). We have had two previous service companies work for us (we've been in our house for 30 years). One of which we asked to install our water softener--we asked for three years and never even got a price from them. All they told us was which type they would recommend. They rerouted our ductwork when we remodeled our master bath and closet. It was a very challenging reroute, but they took it on, and it works so much better than it ever had. We will continue their services as long as we are in this house--and they are in business. Could not recommend them more highly!

I suffered a significant theft of my commercial HVAC system. Mike Carlson was quite responsive in dealing with my issue and his staff were incredibly competent and professional. I own a high tech business and would rate his services to be absolutely first rate.

I spoke with a few other companies around town regarding replacing an old unit that had gone out. I was quoted anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to back order of units. When I spoke with Dave, he ensured me that he would find something that would work and be sure to beat the time frame I was given. Dave went above and beyond to find a solution and made sure to keep me informed through the process. And the price was very fair and there were no hidden fees or surprises after the install. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC or plumbing.

A lot of work was accomplished (replacement of two residential HVAC units) within the estimated time-frame, notwithstanding the need for unexpected trouble-shooting & repair of one brand new piece of factory-delivered equipment. Two tech's showed up every day on-time, worked hard, were technically very proficient, and completed the job to a high standard of quality. On top of it all, they patiently answered the myriad of technical questions that I'm always compelled to ask! I've been using Carlson for several years for annual inspections & repairs, and this job was completed in exactly the fashion I had expected. I will continue to be their client as long as I have need of these services in the Tucson area!

Installed a new HVAC system on two units for half the quoted price of a competitor. Cools fantastically during the heatwaves and keeps the house nice and dry inside during the humid season. Also always been great for maintain of both the AC and water heater. A top choice always.

We called the Carlson Company to our house many times to help us with repairs with A/C and plumbing. They always come the day that we call them. They've replaced a water heater, helped with a few plumbing leaks and even cleaned out our sewer line. They are very professional and reliable. We will continue to use their services.
