Rincon Air installed my new A/C unit several years ago and has maintained it since via a service contract. The folks who come out to do the service have always been conscientious, clean, polite, and knowledgeable. The one time I had a concern, I had an immediate response. I'm so glad I switched from the other company.

John and his team are the Best! Had them install a mini split system in my garage shop/gym.

They were very professional, informative, prompt and clean. Follow up after the job was phenomenal! Wish I had discovered them when my home AC needed service.

I called Rincon because we needed a new AC unit in a hurry. The owner was great, he provided some much needed information and advice. The house was outside of their normal service area and we had to use a different company, but the customer service was above and beyond. It was such a relief to have a company be honest and helpful even though we were not able to work with them! Strongly recommend giving them a call.

We "Highly Recommend" this company !!! Within a couple of weeks of moving to town and buying our new condo...the AC went out. We started calling around various contractors and it became clear Rincon was the most professional. They didn't just "give us a bid". The helped educate us about the problem and also the new replacement they recommended. They showed up on time for all phases of the process. Perfect clean up afterwards and their "after the sale" process to make sure we were happy was excellent. We can't recommend this company enough.

Couldn’t be happier with the technician, Ivan Guerrero’s work today (Saturday) which got our AC back up and running on a hot weekend. I’m an electrical engineer and watched him work. He’s clearly technically competent, friendly, polite and honest. His response time was 20-30 minutes vs hours or days for the other companies I called which could be by chance. Rincon has been in business in Tucson for a long time and now I know why. I will definitely call Rincon in the future and if Ivan is available I will ask for him.

The team of men, Ricky, Logan, Danny, and Marco, did a superb installation--removing the old furnace and installing a new heat pump, some ductwork, and outside condenser--all on a 106 degree day with not a single complaint. They even painted the new ductwork in the Arizona room so that it now blends seamlessly with the beams. Even my handyman was impressed!
I am delighted with the job they did and only wish I could hire the entire team to do something else! They have my heartiest recommendation.
