Reyna Heating and Air Conditioning

My A/C went out. after shopping around for prices, Reyna had the best price. But i guess it's true what they say, "you get what you pay for". First they made a mess on my roof and by mess i mean a litteral mess with tar and improperly sealed holes. Holes in my walls inside that i have to pay on my own to have patched and painted. Open holes from the outside in. And they don't take care of anything like that. Or so i was told by customer service representative Gabriela. They installed it Saturday and said they would be back monday afternoon to finish some duct work, i was stood up without a phone call. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said they would be here wednesday between 10 and 12. Guess what? Stood up again without a call or notification. They are wasting my time and as a full time student and employee, i dont have much time to be sitting around waiting for them. My next move will be to call the finance company wells fargo and tell them i dont want this least efficient 14 sear unit and to stop funding immediately.

Diego fix my air flow issue and see ice my unit for just 69 dollars thank I martin for such a great company, keep it up guby

Fix my a/c took 15 minutes and tech charged $300 on an a/c under waranty, I call the office to complain and the employee make fun of me, so unprofesional, not recomended.
