Reyna heating and cooling serviced my AC unit for 89 dlls. Great costumer service on the technician behalf. Highly recommended. Other companies charged 130 dollars.

We had an appointment, but they never showed up, the representative said they went Phoenix instead. They show up today & wanted to charge $89 for the inspection. When I called the representative said she couldn’t wave the fee & was rude.

This company wasted my time.
I called to ask if they installed mini splits. The receptionist told me yes so I made an appointment. My appointment was set between 3:30 and 4:30 and no one showed up. At 8 a tech called me asked me a few questions and told me someone would call me in the morning. After 2 days of no one calling me, I called the company to follow up. The only awnser I got is the do not install mini splits at all. What was the point of setting a appointment if from the start they knew they do not install this type of unit. Complete waste of time.

We had an A C problem on AZ Friday where the compressor went out and all the freon leaked.I had warranty with Reyna Heating and Cooling so we called them on Saturday morning at 8am.I called them again at 12 pm when the heat reached 108 degrees outside. The tech got very aggressive with me on the phone and didn't show up until 4pm.Still by Monday morning, no one has shown up.Very unprofessional company and do not waste your time.All they do is take your money to install AC unit and NEVER respond to customers needs

I can not tell you how much this company sucks. Do not use them unless you want very poor installation and shoddy work. They left unconnected duct work and loose wiring that caused a short on my thermostat. Repairman game put in new thermostat and left loose wires once again. Finally, I had to call another company to fix the issue who thankfully knew what they were doing. On top of the whole thing, the “lady” that does their customer service is rude beyond belief. Seriously, don’t waste your money or time with these clowns.

I purchased a brand new unit for my brand new custom home less than a year ago! I come home from vacation 6/10/2018 feels a bit warm of course thinking because we had turned thermostat to 78 while we were out the thermostat was in fact at 78 like I had left it but room temp was 92. Of course Sunday afternoon no one available. Not only is my unit still under factory warranty but also purchased additional warranty well guess what nothing I can do but leave a vm and wait to hear back from Reynas. Monday comes around contacted office they scheduled a technician to repair the unit. Tech arrives after inspection determines it is the compressor. GUESS WHAT they work with these units everyday they do not carry the part this part now has to be ordered, oh yes by the way I have 5 kids one of which is a newborn as you all may know not only is it the hottest time of the year BUT with a household of 7 we can’t just run to a relative and expect accommodations. Giving Reyna’s a benefit of the doubt I relocated my family and I to a relative’s home thinking this would get resolved in a timely manner. OHHHH was I WRONG!!!! Wednesday 06/13/2018 comes around tech arrives installs compressor unit starts to cool he cleans up and is gone. I get my family of 6 and myself back to the home at 9pm Wednesday night only to settle everyone in and wind down I wake up too room temp 88 at 1:00 a.m. again nothing that can be done because it is after hours so “LEAVE A MESSAGE” they may call you back when they get in! Call Reyna’s this morning 6/14/18 day four NO AC! Spoke to Gabriela only option offered was she would send a tech back out between 1:30 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. tech arrives states now it is an electronic card that he again does not have, he stated that when the compressor goes out at times it wipes out this electronic card (appears to be programed). He also stated that he was waiting to hear from a tech in Tucson MAYBE he could get it to us today. I then contacted Gabriela again looking for options what if you can’t get this part to us today? She stated her tech was in route from Tucson with the part. What if the unit only runs for a few hours again like the night before? Her response was short and simple “NOT HER PROBLEM SHW WAS DOING EVERYTHING THAT SHE COULD AND THAT SHE HAS 24-48HRS TO RESPOND” SO PRETTY MUCH IF SHE WANTED TO SHE DID NOT HAVE TO SEND ME ANYONE UNTIL TOMORROW! I could call leave a voice message and she would call me and send someone AGAIN Friday 06/15/2018 . I CLEARLY INFORMED HER SEVERAL TIMES THAT I HAVE KIDS INCLUDING A NEWBORN THAT I WOULD NOT KEEP IN THAT TEMPERATURE, INFORMED HER THAT I WOULD GET A HOTEL ROOM AND SEND THEM THE BILL! She stated that it was my responsibility and that she was not paying anything after we have given them FOUR days to resolve the situation. I also asked her if she had kids, if she thought this was acceptable she had no response to that! I then asked to speak to her boss she said she would have him call me. Ok fine that was at 1:50 p.m. 0614/2018 I have yet to hear from anyone. So better yet I have contacted owner Mr. Martin Valdez in hopes of a solution possibly better customer service…….it is now 3:31 p.m. I HAVE put in several calls LEFT VOICE MESSAGES have yet to hear from him!!! Clearly this is not the company to go with for any of your heating or AC needs I will make sure to report to BBB as well as AZ ROC this is unacceptable especially when they were quick to take my full Cash payment for my unit!

Keep in mind if I contact another company the warranty will be voided!!
