George was outstanding! He was able to come same day and didn't charge overtime to do it. He completely solved our issue in a way that was much more affordable than we thought. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. I submitted a claim under my home warranty yesterday and my warranty company dispatched it out to local AC contractors. G Tech picked up the claim and made an appointment for today. I called at 8 am and confirmed they had the request from my warranty company and they said I’ll see you around 10 am, I made sure they had my warranty company information. I waited till 1130 am and no teach, so I called and they said oh we no longer work with your warranty company. I stated that it would have been nice if you would have told me that at 8 am when I called and confirmed everything. The individual at G Tech wasn’t even apologetic when he said that he would not be coming. Again terrible customer service,I would never recommend them.
