I was very pleased with services. The technicians were professional. Informed me of the price prior to delivering the service. On time. Excellent communication via text messaging. Honest. They informed me that a major plumbing repair that I had completed a few years ago was never done by the technicians. That was a very expensive repair. They will be coming back to do what actually should have been done a few years back.

Had a plumber from this company come out to give me an estimate on a new water heater, he was continuing to fast talk me and not explain the three estimates he showed me not to mention a large amount of extra stuff I do not need. Then I mention a tankless water heater to be installed and he told me that those are 5000-7000.. which is hilarious because 6 six years ago I had a tank less heater installed in another house for $1600.00 from spartan plumbing... SO the $2500 estimate for a water heater is saying to me to go somewhere else. Make sure you do you homework and shop around

Aged (20-yr. +/- old Kohler flush/refill valving failed in one commode. Fast same-day service response. Professional technical communications/service from your staff. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Repair/rehab/rebuild pronto service. Would recommend/use again. Ross & Nancy Hopkins. Casas Adobes.

I called the company that installed my a/c and they told me it would be three days. So I called Cummings because Lute trusts them.😆 My tech got to my house that same morning and fixed the problem super fast.

These jokers with their goofy ad campaigns. Whelp requested an appointment for a hot water heater replacement. Whelp 5 days out, 2 hour window wasn’t enough. Get a call 1:40 minutes the tech would be late. Then only almost 4 hours later, mind you this is now the evening and he calls. GTFO! First off this is not some tiny 2 plumber outfit. Second they could have either sent someone else or asked to reschedule. Sorry this wasn’t a call to be overcharged for a clogged drain or leaky faucet. Regardless a week later I had my new water heater installed elsewhere with no hassles and a fair price. PFT these jokers.

Adan demonstrated a great combination of expertise and customer care that helped us understand the problem, the solution, and while working the solution took the time to educate me on the layout of our house to street sewer line which will be useful in the future. The service he provided was effective, quick, and exceeded our expectations.

My dripping faucet was repaired quickly and reasonably priced. Robert was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kind.

Plumbers setup a temporary fix over the weekend to prevent further leaking of old sprinkler system pipe. On Monday, the new piping system was complete and on Tuesday the plumber filled in all the displaced dirt, laid the pavers and replaced faulty on/off valve on remaining pool water outlet. Thank you for the excellent work and service!

Besides installaion of a new garbage disposal, 2 weeks later my furnace died., on the two coldest days of February this year, John T responded promptly and sent what I'm calling, the "A" team of workers to remove and install a new furnace, that was functional and providing heat so I didn't have another night in a 52 degree house. I also purchased an A/C for this old house. I will have air
conditioning, (as well as my Evap cooler) for the first time in 50 years. :) John's team of Tony, Mike, Beto and Jeremy were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and patient in teaching me the new systems. As I said, the "A" team! I thank them all for a well done job!

Still in progress, but the leak is stopped for now, by shutting off a valve I didn't see or could have reached. Hopefully the needed part can be found and replaced quickly. Knowing this company from past plumbing problems and the always friendly employees (people who really care) I'm positive it will be fixed soon 😊❤️
