Cummings did a whole house repipe for us. Did a great job. Very professional, timely, nice work. From replacing piping to sheetrock repair. A little issue getting permit and inspection scheduled and completed, but it all worked out!

Did not show re-pipe on the services list which is weird? Dontoi did a great job and communicated well. I had a good experience despite a not-so fun time. It sucks to voluntarily pay someone $9000 to essentially destroy your home, so having a good crew that was through and communicated well helped. Good job. Just now waiting for the inspection and drywalled.

Get another estimate and save your money! Poor communication throughout the 2 week extremely overpriced job. Gave me a $500 military discount, then proceeded to do work they did not consult/clear with me violating their own policy and written statement, then took $400 off the "discount" which was then added to my final charge for this extra work. Not arriving during stated windows or just show up unannounced and expecting me to be home. Said they tried to contact me once, yet I have had no missed calls or voicemails. Again, the work is done, but this is just a large corporation with no problems taking your money, so seek out another more reputable company.

water heater replacement. called on 06/19/2023 and had an appointment on 06/20/2023. Robert came in the morning and was able to remove and replace the water heater with the same type in a timely manner with no mess. Good job.

It was easy to get an appointment quickly, and they called to see if they could come early. They were friendly, quick and explained things thoroughly. They had to leave to pick up a new toilet but we’re back within an hour to install it. They even mopped up the floor after they finished.

I called Cummings at 7 a.m., their technician, Miguel (he serviced my AC last June) came at 10 a.m. and replaced a defective compasor, which was under warranty. No charge.

The problem began when the drywaller forgot to hook up the drain for the washing machine after competing drywall work behind the washer and dryer. I put a load of clothing in to wash just before bed and when I woke to go to the bathroom that night I stepped into water in our bedroom; we soon realized that the washer had drained into the hallway and our bedroom. My husband and I spend time using our towels to soak up all of the water still standing. In the morning the drywaller admitted his mistake and made a call to his boss explaining the water situation to include information about the water leaking into our bedroom and onto the wood laminate floors. He indicated that he could see the floor starting to bubble and that the damage would continue as the water moved through the floor. Cummings sent a supervisor to look at the floor, and I was informed that a water mitigation company would need to come immediately to assess the damage and determine next steps- he stressed that we would need to follow their expert instructions. The water mitigation company came and spent time explaining that the washer and dryer would need to come out, the floor come up, and dehumidifiers and fans placed to dry the affected area out; he also informed me that this could take days. I informed him that we could not block access to our hallway or our master bath ( our only accessible bathroom and sink) as we have an adult daughter with significant disabilities, (to include paraplegia). He stated that he would let the Cummings supervisor know. The supervisor returned quickly and asked what we needed-I explained the access issue, and due to the information shared by the water mitigation company, we would not be able to stay here- we would need accommodation for us, my daughter and our two dogs. He stated that this was no longer a simple problem and that insurance would now need to be accessed for a claim, and he had to push this up to a supervisory level. We never saw or spoke to that supervisor again. Late in the day I received a call from Mike/supervisor stating that we just needed to get the floor replaced, and I should go that day to pick out the floor, and we could most likely get it in by Monday (3 days), the floor was not dry by Monday, and they finished replacing it on Thursday. He indicated that he had been doing this for 30 years and he knew the owner of the water mitigation company and basically discredited everything the water mitigation worker had told us. I stated that we were just following the direction of the experts they sent out, and that I had spent the better part of the day waiting to hear next steps. He said he had just heard about this later in the day and made statements like , why wouldn't we just put a new floor in, and they could arrange the fans so my daughter could access the bathroom etc etc, insinuating we were not doing the right thing. more to follow...

The service John provided was for a mini split system quote. He was professional, and seemed to know his job very well. We are still searching to see if the quote was reasonable.
