I had called for an estimate. I received an immediate appointment within one day. The technicians who responded were completely professional and very knowledgeable. They offered many options and solutions to my project. This will have an effect on my decision as to who does this work.

Plumbing suddenly backed up on a Saturday morning. Cummings was able to service in the afternoon and cleared the clog in about 30 minutes. Allowed me to view the camera screen as they scoped the pipe and answered all my questions. We've used them in the past and will continue to do so.

I had a break in the incoming water line in the middle of the night. I had to shut off the water to the house. Cummings team responded and had Ty on site before 10 AM that morning (Sunday, Mother's Day). Ty had the immediate probelm resolved in about 15 minutes and the water back on to the the house. He also had a plan to minimize issues in the future and scheduled a return trip for the following day to implement the plan. Cummings team provided excellent support

Because we were without water, they came out after hours and Erwin performed a temporary fix so we could turn the water back on. He returned in the morning to complete the repairs and kept us informed throughout the process. Erwin has a great attitude, does very good work, and we'd be happy to recommend him without hesitation!
