Every staff member of Cummings Plumbing I delt with from first phone call to finishing the job were first class. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring about my special circumstances. Truly going that extra mile to do their job. I'm thankful beyond words for their help in what was an emergency.

They had to replace the drainage tubing in my dishwasher. Required taking apart the dishwasher. They were competent and explained everything well. They were also neat and when they left everything was clean and orderly. Blaise is courteous, competent and helpful and I’m very comfortable having him in my home. I’ve called about things that I thought were not working and he’s explained my problem and how to get the result I want without selling me something I don’t need, so I trust him.

I am very pleased with Cummings Plumbing. They responded quickly to my foundation water leak problem and proposed several solutions to my dilemma. I obtained several bids for the proposed work and Cummings was “by far” the most expensive, but I felt like they were most professional and knowledgeable.

The work took almost two weeks and over that time Sue from the office stayed in daily contact. The workers were very polite as well as being knowledgeable. Two individuals stuck out viz., Marky and JR. They both represented your company well by going above and beyond what was needed.

As always I was able to make an appointment for the same day. My A/C was acting up and not blowing cold. Zachari made it out to the house 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment window, was absolutely wonderful to work with. Explained what he was doing and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. He went the extra mile and stuck around to make sure that everything was working correctly, including taking the time to do a full inspection of the system. I have yet to have even a mediocre experience with Cummings. 10/10 would use again
