I originally wanted a hot water recirculation pump installed but in addition had to replace a hot water tank that was 4 months out of warranty. I didn't forsee that coming which added a significant amount to the charges. Even with that we are very pleased with Adan's service. As usual a number of problems popped up during the install process but Adan took care of everything. In looking at recirculation systems, their instructions stated that a do it yourself guy could install this Grundfos System in an hour. I consider myself that kind of guy but am sure glad Adan did the install instead of me. I would have ended up calling a plumber anyhow. The only downside is that the water temperature of the hot heater tank was set at 140 degrees instead of the requested 120 and had to find the Grundfos Operating Instructions online as none were left.

Seen the commercial on TV, so I called because my tankless water heater is not fully heating up. I told them that I think its an electrical issue because the plumbing is hooked up correctly. When the tech came out he really didn't know anything about the water heater and recommended that I call the company who made the water heater. I just figured that Cummings Plumbing would have technicians that would trouble shot the situation but apparently not.

Technician was late getting there but he had many appointments before us. He still came, despite the late hour and was friendly and helpful. He fixed our plumbing problem.

The person answering the phone is very courteous, helpful with a very pleasant voice.
The technician arrived on time, he was (actually two of them) also very courteous and helpful with their advise.
No complains from me.

We needed to replace our defective water softener, and Cummings Plumbing got it done in record time. The new one works perfectly and testing shows our water is dramatically better than ever.

Awesome experience with Cummings. We had the main valve into house replaced, new hose bib pipes, new toilet, many clogged drains fixed.

While I didn't ultimately use Cummings for my repair, I was very impressed with Robert's timeliness and professionalism. The quote I got was fair, it just came down to scheduling.
