24VNA9 installed a week ago and it has exceeded my expectations!
The unit is very quiet and seems to cool my house much more efficiently
than my older Rheem unit i was using previously. Jim Mouser knows his business well. I was willing to go with a higher SEER unit but Jim assured
me that with my particular usage the 19 SEER was the best choice.

Debbie, we wanted to reach out to you and let you know how wonderful your employees are and the incredible service your air conditioning company provided our family. On Thursday evening our air conditioning went out and as we awakened on Friday morning it was very hot in the house. We have A.H.S. as an insurance company, called and found we couldn't have a technician come to our rescue until Monday. Due to a health condition, we needed someone as quickly as possible to repair the unit, so we looked and found American Conditioned Air. Debby answered the call and absolutely responded in the most positive way. You talk about service, she understood our problem and told us we would have a professional tech same day at one in the afternoon. Knowing how busy you are this time of year, Debby was amazing! Dan arrived at exactly one, analyzed the problem, circuit breaker burned out, and replaced it. Dans, professionalism and explanation of each step he was taking helped me understand HVAC functioning. We thank Debby and Dan, what a super reflection of your company Debbie and Jim. We will recommend you at anytime.

Jim was here for a routine check and as usual was his pleasant, competent self.
he went to work but was not brusque or aloof. He displayed competence as well as friendliness.

Also, I'd like to mention Debbie Makor on the staff at ACA. She handled the scheduling with a manner both friendly and efficient. She has helped me on a couple of other occasions, and always was interested in my problem and quick to dispatch services.
