I had Alex out to give me a quote on putting in a Mini Split in my new addition. He was totally professional and we are very pleased with the work that was done and the help he is giving us on learning how to use the mini split. I highly recommend Air Excellence and Alex. I will be using them in the future to service my furnace and A/C Unit.

We had a Daiken mini split system installed in our family room. The room is over 700 square feet and had always been difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in.

The installation was done beautifully. They worked hard to make sure that it looked good both inside and out and left no mess behind when they were done.

The system works great in both summer and winter. Not only was the cost fair, the efficiency of the system they recommended saved a bunch on my electric bill.

They are great for preventative maintenance too. I would gladlly recommend them to anyone.

My heat went out right after it snowed this winter and they were quick to action. My dog and I were well taken care of and I was able to finance a new ac/heat unit. They were patient and didn't disturb me while working from home. Professional through and through.

EXCELLENT and professional HVAC business in Tucson! I called Air Excellence and Alex came over to discuss replacement of both my heat pump A/C units (2 and 3 ton). He explained what was required from permit to completion and gave a competitive proposal. The installation team (and crane) came as scheduled and completed on time without leaving any mess. I really like that I can control my system with a smartphone app! I couldn't be happier to do business with Air Excellence and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Tucson area!

I've never been so embarrassed to have a professional company come to my house time over time to try to fix my air conditioning system! Long story short, had home warranty company recommend them. Terrible home warranty company. Had 13 weeks starting June 2017 of on and off again a/c (during the hottest summer in a long time). They had ONE great employee who tried time after time to fix it. Then I needed a larger air return. Larger hole in my mobile home floor. Still not working properly. The owner & GM came to my house in March & tore the darn thing apart, only to find some insulation up against the unit. MY FAULT??? I THINK NOT! Some bonehead must have seen it as he replaced the flex tubing the entire length of my house. Ok, so they fixed that. My initial last call was to replace the thermostat wiring that got cut accidentally. Low & behold a $299.97 bill! $90/hr for 2/5 hours = $225. Then they charged me $72.99 for 16 feet of wire. If I could give them a minus star, I would!

Excellent Service. My technician - Josh - was friendly, courteous, and kept me informed throughout his diagnostic process. I had another HVAC company look at my unit prior to his visit - and I expected the worse. He was much more meticulous and "in-the-know" that my previous company. He offered a simple "trial fix" and actually got some cool air in my home after 2 weeks of awful heat..rather than the previous company's "you're unit is shot..and needs to be replaced." Even if the "trial fix" doesn't hold up, at least I can sleep well for a few nights and know that my problem will be fixed by a caring, ethical company. Kudos to AirExcellence!

Even though they were crazy busy on a Monday morning, they had Erik stop by and he quickly fixed our problem. Erik was pleasant, polite and professional. I hated that we needed a service call but was quite please with the experience of working with Air Excellence and Erik. Thank you.
