Air Excellence Heating & Cooling

Rich showed up this morning right on time as scheduled. He diagnosed the issue with our Casita A/C system. It was a difficult issue but he stuck with it, consulted with his peers, made the correct diagnosis, and fixed the problem. He kept in communication with me along the way to let me know what was going on.

On a side note, I want to thank Amy, who was an immense help in coordinating everything from start to finish and getting my new install completed.

Air Excellence is a class organization period.

They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technician worked with me as he performed service on my unit. During each step he identified what he was looking for and shared with me the results of his findings. I was comfortable trusting him in my home and with my heating and cooling unit. In every way he did an outstanding job.

We went through our home warranty and they sent out All Artic Air, they came out and attempted to fix the AC three separate times. The warranty company FINALLY sent Erik from Air Excellence Heating and Cooling. Erik was very thorough and professional. He showed me what was wrong and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Erik was very thorough and our air is pumping out nice and cold. I called this company because I thought we needed a new a/c unit. When the sales man came out, he noted that we already had the new R type freon, and that we didn't need a new unit, but a service might be in order. I would recommend this company for any serving you need. Originally, I chose them because they sell American Standard, which in my opinion, is the best units available. Thank you for making our summer less hot!

2 years in a row Rich has come out to check on my system. Both times he has been very professional, not intrusive, and open and honest about the process. I will continue to use this business as long as they have such great employees.

From my first contact by phone to the serviceman(Erik Neilson), everything was done in a professional way. Erik was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and capable. I will recommend this company, to others who may need heating or cooling services. I am totally satisfied with the work rendered.

Let me start our by saying how pleased we are by switching to Air Excellence.

We had a service contract with Goettl previously which they tried to always sell us something which was way overpriced and failed to fulfill their service agreement, but that is a story for another time.

We contacted Air Excellence and got Scott on the phone ( who was great and answered all of my questions in a professional manner). I explained that my A/C unit has not been serviced for over a year due to Goettl's incompetence and they set up an appointment for someone to come out 2 days later.

We were greeted by Rich who came out to service our unit who was not only extremely friendly, but serviced our equipment in a timely manne . He checked our split unit and let us know of the condition and recommended that we replace a part which Goettl had also brought to our attention but wanted almost $800 more to replace.

Rich was amazing, knowledgable, friendly and did not try to sell us on parts that we did not need.

I will use them for all future servicing and recommended Air Excellence and Rich to anyone I know.

Air Excellence has been my heating and cooling company for years now. My first experience was with my swamp cooler. There was a terrible vibration coming from it and the air output was pretty warm.

The team was able to get a technician out first thing the next morning. Not only was the tech able to quickly identify both issues, but he actually took me around to the unit, showed me the problems and gave me information on how to prevent both in the future.

Since then I have referred them to my father-in-law to hook up his new AC unit and for a full AC unit replacement for my nail salon. Nether will use any other company now.

Though having to replace your home A/C unit is never a fun thing to do, you may as well make it as painless as possible.

That's my experience with Air Excellence. Everyone I spoke to and met with this company is a professional. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured.

I wish I remembered everyone's names but for sure Alex and the crew he brought out were amazing. The tech who came out initially at 8 PM one night was also very professional and helpful.
