Air Excellence is a fantastic family operated business. The best experience I have had in Tucson. There is a ton of competition and this is one company that practices values from the very first phone call to scheduling appointments and their field technicians are quick and professional. Mike and Amy run a business that is fair and honest.

I had a competitor give me a quote that was double the price and that did not have to be fixed or replaced. Thankfully I took the time to get a second quote because I saved a bunch of money.

We all know how important it is to have AC in AZ and this is the company that you want to work with.

When our air stopped working due to an unnamed source we called air excellence. They were the only one that could come out where we live because everyone else was too busy Thanks to Mike the owner he was very quick getting here and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Alex did a great job from start to finish. He was always friendly, courteous and respectful to us and our property. He was on time for all visits and gave us a heads up when on his way. The job (replace a split AC and furnace unit) was quoted accurately and done within the time promised. All work was permitted and inspected. Our new AC unit works great. His crew was efficient and completed the job without any problems or delays. All of our old equipment was hauled off. I highly recommend Alex and his company and will use them for our maintenance needs in the future. Thanks again, Alex!

We had Air Conditioning Excellence install our air and heating unit 13 years ago. They have been out to service us a number of times throughout the years and their service is excellent with fair prices. These guys have proven to have been hard working and professional. I recommend them.

My (22 year old)AC quit on me during Independence Day week. Tech was able to come out that Thursday and diagnosed and repaired the problem (fried thermostat and control panel). Not only was the bill reasonable but Scott next day called me and sent a check for about 10% of the overall bill of around $800 because the tech who has only been with them a few weeks accidentally overcharged me not applying a discount and applying tax. Scrupulously honest and ethical, this is one squared away company of professionals. They also did a great job on my dad's AC issue the same week.
The work done was outstanding and the service world class. I'm grateful to my neighbor who clued me in to this great company. (And don't fail to take advantage of their money saving maintenance agreement.) I've dealt with other "recommended" HVAC companies but these guys are the best.

Air Excellence has always been our “go to” heating and cooling company. They have always been honest, reliable and are very reasonable with their prices.

We just recently had one of our heating and cooling systems fail and had to purchase a new system for our home. They gave us recommendations on the type of unit that would work best for us and made sure that it was well within our budget.

Our technician Rich was excellent. He arrived on time & found the problem with our A.C. unit in a timely manner. He fixed the problem in a timely manner .
