Joe did maintenance on the air. conditioning system and evaporative cooler. He was very polite and professional.

Don was punctual, professional and worked quickly to service our system this spring. Glad we started using these guys for service.

Honest repaiman found a simple maintenance issue. Cleaned my flame sensor, a $5.00 part without trying to sell me anything. Unlike Goettl who told me to buy a new unit completely because mine was "bad".

This company is horrendous. I don’t think any of them know what they’re doing to include the GM.

They came to my house idk 7-9 times and my AC is still broken. They created more issues than we had to start with.

After their GM came out, our AC was STILL broken so our home warranty did a recall on our work order. They just decided to ignore it instead.

Get out of the business if you don’t know what you’re doing.

*if your home warranty suggests this company, say no!!

Joe was on time, courteous, and was communicative about every step. These folks will be my "go to" from now on!

When our air conditioner failed, we were fortunate to be referred to Air Excellence by our insurance company. They were able to schedule a service call to take place within 24 hrs. A real asset for our 90+ temperatures during Tucson's rainy (humid) season. Erik, the service tech kept us informed of his progress through the day, arrived when he said he would. He was pleasant and reassuring that he would relieve our discomfort so that we could have a good night's rest. I am not easily impressed but Air Excellence staff and Erik in particular, made me a believer in this organization.
