We had a very very noisy blower motor when our heater would come on it would wake us up at night we called our warranty company and Air Excellence responded quickly was out in a few days maybe less than a few days maybe 2 days and the motor was put in and everything was running and we noticed after he left that it was still very loud if not louder so we called the warranty company they did a recall Air Excellence agreed to come back out came the next day checked it realized it was an out of the box bad motor came back that afternoon and put in a new one and now everything is fabulous they have just been great responsive and the tech was just awesome we would recommend them and would hope to be able to use them again in the future if needed

Was on time. Went about his business. One thing I missed while he was here. I mentioned was my clock on the remote was not correct time. He failed/ forget to reset correct time and had driven away by the time I checked the remote.

He was terrific. He even found a problem with a water leak on our evap cooling although we had just had it serviced a week ago.
