(12-16-2015)Well here it is one month later and I can't get warmer than 74 deg.a lot of cold air blowing around and unit won't turn off blows cold air till it's 72 then warm air till it's 74 than repeat, the unit is set for 75 (11-6-2015) Not much , I had a unit replaced with another . It was as old as the original, and seems to use more electric. They did not see that it worked completely and now winter is here and I'm in a cold house . I have called them about this and they did respond after a couple calls n days. They said it was fixxed ( changed cold for hot wire) said they would be back before summer to fix . One day later the heater stop working , I called and still waiting...

Indio installed new Trane AC a little more than a year ago. Now the compressor is cutting off, house won’t cool, and Indio wont return multiple calls over last two days. Poor work, poor service.

I think they should probably make the customer aware of the fact that the technician does not speak English ? Impossible to communicate … was not a great experience.

Not only did the technician not speak english to explain anything, he rewired things incorrectly and didn't fix anything, left the cover off the panel and never got a call back to see if they would come back and fix it. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Had to call Autumn air and heat to fix what this guy did.

Not really there to service/repair ac unit, but more so to sell you a new one. Would not utilize this company in the future, and would not recommend.

Was the best price and did a good job on our AC!

Tech were friendly and professional. Gave me a free diagnostic and free estimate to replace my ac unit.
