We couldn't have been more pleased with everyone at Jaycox. They installed our THIRD packed heat pump system (in less than 6 years), after two other pumps had been installed by another company. From the beginning, with Bob Perini, to the end with Steve and Patrick, and everyone in-between, there was nothing but knowledgeable service people. They found a greater than 20% heating/cooling loss in our duct work so we had our ducts cleaned and sealed. Our home had been built with incorrect duct routing so they rerouted some of the duct work. We now have heating/cooling in ALL rooms. And the size of the previous pumps were incorrect so they suggested a larger system. Our home has never been more comfortable! In fact, even set at 81 degrees (summer), it's actually COLD inside. And the noise level is almost imperceptible. From the outside, you can't even tell it's running. And inside is barely noticeable. Thank you for saving my sanity!

Worst place to go to, my AC was broken 3 times because if these guys. Terrible staff and even more terrible technicians. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and these losers refused to fix what they broke! I went to Bell Air Conditioning, they told me it appeared they intentionally broke my AC! These guys are scum, don't work with them.

Great techs that do things properly for reasonable prices. Have not been let down by them in years of using them.

My house is not in their coverage area any longer so there's a cost premium for them to come out :(

A.C. stopped cooling around 4 pm. Called and they had a service tech at my home by 5 pm. Great aervice. All is good!

I really enjoyed your guy cutting me off on bell this morning not using his blinked then doing 50mph in a 35 on Dysart rd. The trucks plate # was CG33426
