Try to came out to do a maintenence on my 14 year old AC unit. Very personable and thorough. Said my unit was in great shape....I was stunned. Didn't expect that result. Last time I had it maintained (by another company). They tried to sell me a new unit. Very pushy, insisted that my unit was on it's last leg. Just goes to show you, always read the reviews. My neighbor had Cool Blew install her new unit,and highly recommended them. Thank You Treyton for a great job.

They have gone above and beyond on servicing my HVACs and have done everything necessary to ensure that my units are operational and safe. Their customer service is amazing! I would not recommend this company to anyone. When they first were dispatched out they turned off my compressor and told me they would be back shortly. Instead the technician went to do more service calls apparently waiting for my warranty company which should’ve been said. Came back 12 hours later to repair the AC, during that visit informed me that the motor was going out. I was also informed that there was oil on my roof and had leaked in my AC and it was going to cost me almost $400 to have it cleaned up before the repair could take place. I paid the cost. A week later the AC goes out again and this time it was the compressor motor. The AC company comes out to repair the compressor motor and all in the meanwhile their customer service representative Sarah is extremely rude. After all is said and done my roof looks worse now than it did before they touched it there is oil spread all over my roof. The response from this company regarding that was I should’ve taken care of my AC for the 20 years that I have had it and t was my fault that it went out. I just purchased this house three months ago and had 2 AC companies look at it because I do live in Arizona and wanted to ensure I had a working AC. All pass the inspection and I proceeded with the purchase of the home. This company shrugs it off onto the customer instead of having proper customer service. This was the most heartbreaking experience I have had.

Poor customer service. If you get this company referred by your home warrenty ask for a diffrent company. I called this morning at 8 AM to make sure they got my request from the home warranty company. They confirmed they got the request but said they couldn't schedule my appointment yet because they had to get together all the request they had received. I was told I would get a call shortly. 5 hours later and half the day gone they call and tell me they cant come look at my AC for 3 days. It would seem that since they gate paid a lower negotiated rate from the home warranty company they put you as a lower priority. It was 115 out today and I had no AC and they wanted me to wait 3 days. Unacceptable. I told them to cancel. They tried talking me into keeping the appointment in case I couldn't find anyone. The first company I called was there in 45 minutes and fixed my air. I dint have time to deal with home warrenty again so I called a company on my own. It was an easy fix a capacitor. Just poor customer service not calling back for 5 hours to schedule

Cool Blew, Inc came out to our house to fix our AC unit. It went out during one of the heat waves and we had just moved into our new home. After calling the home warranty they advised someone would be there the next day. They arrived on time and had our AC unit up and running within an hour! Replaced our capacitor and had the house cooling down right away. No complaints and very professional.

I’m looking for somebody to do a diagnostic on my air conditioner unit so I called this place. First time I called I was placed on hold for over a minute without even a greeting, the second time again no greeting place directly on hold, when the gentleman didn’t answer the phone he was short with me almost to the point of being rude. I was told that a diagnostic service would cost a certain amount unless it took the technician more than 15 or 20 minutes at that point the technician could charge me for labor whatever he wants. When I explain to the gentleman on the phone that is not the way you do business he couldn’t have cared less. I would attempt to fix my own AC unit before I ever had these unprofessional people at my house

I had a technician, Chris, come out to my place today. VERY friendly and provided me with a lot of helpful information. He helped me out probably more than i deserve, so i want to make sure the company knows i appreciated his work very much! If i ever have to have work done on the unit again, he is definitely the one i would trust!!

Great service, Chris was an amazing tech.
After 9 months we had issues with our ac again, called another ac company only to find out that this place did a hack job and rewired the unit to work but that rewire ended up burning out our unit. We ended up having to replace the whole thing.
